Off-set Rotary Mower Thoughts?

Hey all.

Anyone have any experience or thoughts on a Woods 120 pull behind off-set rotary mower? Looks like it might be useful to get close to fence and around trees.

I would appreciate any insight and knowledge that you might be able to share.

Any offset implement is very handy. And usually costly.
