you know HD, lowes, Tractor supply, ace hardware; on the receipt there's always a contest/survey.
Do you enter them?
I've done it maybe 50 times over the years. Ain't never won nuthin'.

The only ones I do now are the ones that say: fill out the survey and get a free dinner with purchase.

Those I know work. We get 1/2 price meals for two frequently.

Burger King is usually a free whopper if you buy fries or a drink. The other was Cracker Barrel. Got quite a few meals there.

There are also a few little "mom and pop" restaurants here that do similar.

No, I never do either. They are just trolling you for your info. They bombard you with junk mail, and junk email, and then they sell off your info on a list that others buy to do the same to you.

Don't think I've ever been asked to fill out a survey at BK, never heard of Cracker Barrel.
Most of the chain restaurants just try to push you toward getting their cellphone ap.
