Just wondering if its normal that the grease comes out from the side of the bolt and not from the joint itself on some of my grease point.
I took it appart and made sure that everything is clean inside but the grease still comes out from the side of the bolt.
Would you guys call it a well greased joint if grease only came out from there?

No - it should be oozing out of both sides of the pin/joint that it is greasing

Is that grease coming out through the flat spots between the painted frame and zink bolt or pivot pin? If yes then I would presume grease is also getting into the pivot joint.

Where was the grease cross hole in the bolt- pivot pin?

You are talking about bushing - not sealed bearing, right. When I grease the bushing on my FEL and grapple - grease comes out everywhere - EXCEPT the grease zerk. I have ONE zerk on the FEL where I must start the tractor and slightly rotate that bushing. Otherwise - it accepts zero grease. I have a couple large towels to clean up the old discharged grease from each bushing.

The cross hole is in the centre of the pivot pin. So I presume that the grease is at least traveling from the hole back to the head of the bolt. So thats why I was wondering if that was enough

No they are not sealed bearing lol. Yeah I only have 2 where the grease wants to come out from the side of the pivot bolt that make me wonder if they are properly greased

captm,

It does not look the the grease is going into the joint. I have attached a picture with a blue line around the joint where I would expect to see grease being squeezed out if bushing was receiving grease.

Try putting your loader in different positions grease the pin and see if that makes a difference.

The grease is traveling from the centre hole of the pivot pin back out on the side of the bolt so it is at least taking “some” grease, my question is then, is that enough?

Tried that, even took the bolt out and cleaned everything inside, no change
