epcatalogs.com is another good source of manuals when needed. They also have some of the diagnostic software and dealer only parts and service lookup software for a lot of stuff outside of ag. If it wasn't for them I couldn't look up parts and service manuals for a lot of the Deutz Fahr & SAME equipment.

Pretty sure epcatalogs.com uses PayPal for processing. I don't have a PayPal account and tend to use a reloadable debit card for online purchases anyways. Cost a little bit but isolated from everything else financially.

Pay pal was originally the credit card handling company (middleman) that provided credit card access to pornography.
They'd take the payment VIA credit card and then they would pay the Pornography site or magazine that the cedit card company would not do business.
Then they morphed into paying anyone and then into the total go-between between buyers and sellers.
Because they did not hold your money they were not regulated under the UCC. Instead it was Regulation E that governed their business model 12 CFR Part 1005 - Electronic Fund Transfers (Regulation E) | Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Reg E is like the Wild West of financial regulations. So they were irresponsible and the only recourse is civil action. Lots and lots of Lawsuits arose and Paypal settled every single one without going to court and with Gag orders in the settlement papers. I am sure they paid handsomely for the right to force people to keep their mouths shut.
We'll never know.

Does anyone know about their latest change that alerts the irs for any transaction 600. & over.??
Is this 600. & up for any single transaction or a yearly total..
I know from gambling that any winnings over 1000. is reported.. so I think the 600. is a little low..
Anybody know.??
