What kinda lubes do you keep in your old oil cans?

I have 3 or 4 old oil cans like this from my dad's garage.

What kinds of lubrication do you all keep in your old oil cans? I have heard of a good rust penetration recipe that I need to make for one, maybe just some good oil in another. Just reaching out to see what other useful things you can keep in an old oil can. ANYONE?

30 weight and Tranny fluid for oilstones

30W or 10W-30 motor oil with some STP additive mixed in to make it stick better.
Good for all-around general lube.

I have one with cutting oil and another one with way oil for the lathe, milling machine and power hacksaw.

I have at least 4 of those oil cans, one is full of cutting oil, one is bar/chain lube for the chain drive snow blower, the other two are 10w40 for general use, I'm still working through a 40 year old case of Quaker State I got for free 10 years ago. My grandfather swore by a 50/50 mix of kerosene and oil, I still have his oil can somewhere in the shop.
