i found i could not simply change the lamp, i had to change the fixture. there super bright though. i had to lift the roof to do it. the last two pics show lights before then after. major change
Thanks for adding. I just went and looked at my new DK5310SE HST cab today. Get to pick up tomorrow or Wednesday this week after they fill the tires, add the radio and 3rd function. We will soon see what all needs to be upgraded

i have no idea if current light fixtures were like to older (mines a 2010 era) halogen lights, but back when i switched mine out the halogen replacement led lamp wasnt much brighter than the halogen. so i went with 4 x CREE led fixtures.i installed them in 2016, no issues and there used alot all winter moving snow.
Me either, mine has two on the windshield pillars and 2 on the cab front. Ive ordered some led replacements from superbright leds for trucks and trailers and had reasonably good luck.
You probably do more night time work plowing, can you “see” the bucket in the dark when its snowing with the cab lights? I put a lightbar on my skidsteer and that can be too bright sometimes (passing cars, loading trucks if you hit the mirrors just right).

can see quite far in winter snow blowing....very bright. i have to kill upper lights if driving on road in oncomming traffic.

I have always been disappointed when replacing individual bulbs with led bulbs. The white lights never seemed to reflect properly in the original halogen housing. Flashers and running light LEDs are great in the OEM housings though.
I replaced the halogen housings with 55w 9" combo flood / spots on the front and rear of my cab 6 years ago. They practically turn night into day. I do most of my snowplowing at o'dark thirty, and the LEDs make the job much easier. I also turn them off on the road, as they are blinding to other vehicles.

My only comment is buy new LED lamps, preferably with CRE SMD's On the Kubota in my signature picture, I have 4 forward facing LED long throw spot lamps and 2 wide angle lamps facing back and I can see at least 1/2 mile with the 4 in the front and they draw less amperage than the OEM halogens did. I got them from Superbright LEDs. and they have worked flawlessly for a couple years now. I guarantee if you turn them on and someone is coming toward you, you will roast their eyeballs. I also replaced the filament bulbs in the grill headlights with LED bulbs and every other light on the tractor as well.

Every time I read your name on a post, I think of RJ Corman If you ever get a chance watch his You Tube video. He was quite the man but cancer brought him down. He fought to the very end. Started with nothing and built an empire in the railroad business but never forgot about his employees. Quite a story and it's all factual.

There are a lot of sub standard LED lights out there, many of them on Amazon. Why I only buy CREE SMD's. Cree is the world leader in LED technology.
