Emax22 forward and reverse pedals to the floor

last time i used the tractor everything was fine. driving along today and lifted foot off forward pedal and it stayed on the floor. was able to stop fine and can just step on the reverse to bring it level. cant find anything in the manual about adjustments and the parts diagram is not helpful at all. help please

There is a spring that broke on my eMax25 (same basic chassis). It returns the pedals to neutral. IPB item #25.
Check if it's still there.

BTW: It's a real PITA to put on.
