Pat put out a whole album of rock covers some time in the 90s, including "Stairway To Heaven". Not sure if it was done as a joke, or if he was trying to be serious.

After the sample posted above, I’ll not willingly listen to more of that album. I could be wrong, yet that seems like a violation of the Geneva convention!

I thought that was what the ice pick was for?
With a ice pick, you will cause the owner property damage that he or she has to pay for.

With using a key just letting air out of the tires, you're just being a pain in the arse with no property damaged involved. Worst case, it has to be a lesser charge if you're caught;)

I think its because in the picture the truck is lifted and there is absolutely no way someone with a legitimate physical handicap could pull themselves up into the cab.
I know that there are plenty of people who have disabilities that make it hard to walk from the back of a parking lot that can get in and out of a tall truck. I've even seen big trucks that can are modified for wheelchair users. Don't judge just because you can't quickly identify someone's disability.

I agree that the Handicap Tags are often abused. On the other hand, we never know exactly what one's handicap is. It could be a heart problem, etc..

Or, as happened to me I was parked in a handicapped spot when he county sheriff tapped on window and told me to move it "you don't need to use that spot". i replied "I don't don't but she does" just as my wife stepped out of the store. She was the owner of the handecapped placard.

I too am fairly frequently confronted with the op's situation. When it happens I just park in a spot a little (or a lot) further away and walk a few more steps and not allow myself to get upset by complaining about it. Several reasons; 1) I can use the exercise, 2) I could only speculate as to why they parked that way, it may have been due to unseen circumstances, 3) If they did it because they are rude and inconsiderate, that is there problem, 4) I am not anxious to share hate and discontent by getting on someone's case over such a relatively trivial situation.

Another part of this same discussion… I walked out of a convenience store today and literally almost into the side of a big diesel 4 door duality with a slide in camper. He had pulled right up to the main entrance to avoid walking… then left the truck running, apparently so that he could fill the store with diesel stench.

He also was in a spot marked as a “No Parking” zone. I’ve always wondered how it feels to be more important than everyone else.
Right out of college, I managed a Payless Cashways (AKA Furrow Building Materials). Some moron did this, parked right in front, blocking all the exit doors... infuriated me.

I got on the store PA, said someone has their truck blocking the entrance/exit of the store, license plate ABCD, you need to move it "now" (emphasized to indicate this very instant, as in drop what you're doing)

Nothing happened.... now I'm really irritated... repeat the message... my employees were watching me silently cheering me on.

I dropped what I was doing, walked up/down each/every isle went to each customer asking if that was their truck.. "nope, not mine", no, not mine either....

I finally got to the moron as by now, it was pretty evident that I was on a mission.

He sheepishly admitted it was his... "but I'm only in here to get this gallon of paint" (or something) I said I don't care....you need to move it right now or I'll have it towed.

Everyone in the store got to watch him do the perp walk, those nearby heard the conversation and I was pretty much the hero of that day.

Really galls me, some of the entitlement that some folks seem to think they own.
