Looks good.
I thought steel was bad enough 2 years ago.
Cost me $550 or $600 just for material to build my own 6' bucket

It’s pretty much all I wanted to spend. They asked me if I wanted the bolt on cutting edge for an extra $200. Normally I would have said yes, but in these times, I am skimping where I can.

I’d like a higher capacity bucket for my skid steer but at the rate I need one more trips are cheaper than a bucket.

Not me.
Cherry Kool Aid is $6 now.
I need every scoop to count.

How much was that bucket? I’ve been burning road fuel in my equipment. It’s 4.89 and red fuel is $5.20. Idk what that’s all about.

Road fuel should be more since it has tax added to it.

Here’s our diesel fuel price here today in PA

I paid $6 for Cherry flavor.

Wow. What a difference. Look at today’s diesel prices in my area. Of course fuel on the Interstate highways are quite a bit higher.

$2400

Have about 100 tri-axles of mushroom soil to spread and would prefer to use the Challenger over the Kubota since the Kubota is for sale.

I don't know HD, I think for $200 you should have jumped on it especially if you're loading from concrete bins. In today's world that $2400 doesn't seem out of line for the bucket, especially if it's well built. I'm pretty sure that an 8' BOCE is going on cost more than $200 when you need it.
Looks like you're diversifying your work description some. 👍
