I don't know HD, I think for $200 you should have jumped on it especially if you're loading from concrete bins. In today's world that $2400 doesn't seem out of line for the bucket, especially if it's well built. I'm pretty sure that an 8' BOCE is going on cost more than $200 when you need it.

I’m always going to be using it on soft ground, so no biggie on the cutting edge.
I had been using my Kubota 8’ high-cap bucket and it still doesn’t need an edge even after 8 years of using it on dirt.
