Kioti cs2610 vs Kubota bx23s vs Massey gc1725M

Hi all, so after much browsing and research, I think I've narrowed my search down to these 3 tractors. However I do have some concerns that hopefully some of you can help with


1. Apparently the new gc1725 and 1723 are manufactured in India now? Aswell as being made of alot more plastic. So for anyone that owns or uses one, do they have any glaring weakness or issues ? They overall seem sturdy and very cheap for the size but I'm just worried about the Indian manufacturing and large plastic amounts


2. Is there any idea if the newer cs2520 will come to Australia? As our local dealer only just received stock of cs2610s in September. And seeing as ideally I'll have the tractor on our property in Feb to April, would it be worth waiting and hoping the new models come? Since the new 20 series seems far far better than the 10. And with the best financing being 30 months @5.9% Id want to wait if possible


3. Is there any major disadvantages or issues with the Kubota? The biggest issue i see is the smaller engine but if it's a more reliable machine with better parts availability then I'd consider the price worth it

I don't like any of your options but if I had to choose, I'd go with the Kioti.

Neither do I, but John Deere is just too expensive (fel+mower+tractor is 37750, whereas kioti with tlb and mower is 35000)

And sofar they seem to be the best option too

JD is NEVER an option as far as I'm concerned.

I think you would be happy with any of the three of those. The Kioti will most likely outlift the other two.

Haha agreed, I like their tractors alot. But a cs2610 with mmm, loader and backhoe is the same price as a 1025r with mower only....

Yeah no I'm good lol, it's just too expensive for the machine you get

Yeah I'm really feeling into the kioti, overall it seems the best. My main concern was with the plastic rear on the Massey and our temps/sun causing issues with said plastic

Yep, I understand paying for quality ofc, but our local Deere dealer just asks stupid prices, and when asking actual questions all they do is run a sales pitch (I asked about the hydraulic flow and they started talking about axle protection??). Certainly wouldn't consider buying anything with that type of dealer and price point

Definitely not. My 1626 is easily twice the tractor for less money. My neighbor at our last house had a 1023 and got it stuck in the creek bed. I plucked him right out. Other neighbor had a MF gc2400. They were always needing me to move stuff for them that they couldn't pick up.


Besides moving mulch or mowing grass, I don't see the point of a sub compact.
