Grip tape looses its grip fast when dirty

You would have to replace it often. Source; I skate everyday and have a half pipe in my barn

When I was at the pilot school in the 90's, we used a product called "wing walk". It came in different sized sheets and also in a quart can to brush on. Check with McMaster-Carr.

MIl STD flight deck non stick is some bad stuff. Its expensive but grippy and last. We use to coat our HH-60g cabin floors with it

I used 80 grit adhesive stair tread material on my cub cadet 10 years ago and it has held up fine.
