It's not uncommon to have to let the tractor "move" a little to change ranges or from 2wd to 4wd. As long as it goes in with little effort, probably nothing wrong.

Looking at the parts diagram, I see that it uses cables on the shifters. I would lean towards the cable for the range shifter needs some adjusting as Park and II are both on the upper side.

Does that happen more in 4wd than in 2wd?

By moving i mean putting back in gear and moved forward or reverse some in some cases you cant do that

Have not noticed a difference
That's actually good. The binding would be easily noticible if the problem was caused by drivetrain windup in 4wd.

So from your description I'm inclined to think that "Tractor Tec" has the best idea with his adjustment of the shifting cables.

But even adjusted perfectly it can still be normal for range shifting to need some jiggling of the lever coupled with a bit of motion and some nudging to get the gears to engage smoothly. Range gears are not synchronized, so they have to physically line up in order to slide into engagement.

Probably not a problem. Get it adjusted someday if you run across a good experienced tech. Until then, I'd say you are treating it right.

Kitz,
did you ever find a solution to your parking brake problem? Picked up a 2016 75c w/cab and cant for the life of me get it to go into the correct park setting with that lever. It just screams at me when I turn it off without being in park. Just did an oil and filter change and ready to sell this thing after that experience 🤣🤣
