We had the misfortune of renting a house next to a new build going up this summer, multi-million dollar waterfront homes. It was truly amazing to watch the speed of these guys, they framed up and sheathed an entire 6000+ sq.ft. home in 3.5 days. Roof was done in one day, windows in 1.5 days. Very competent crews, although they were noisy as all hell. I was an expert on Ranchero music, by the end of the week, but those guys worked hard.

Most entertaining was watching them move ladders along a wall, hopping like a pogo stick while standing near the top.

Something I rigged up today, 10ft section 3"x4" downspout and two elbows for cleaning gutters. Works fairly well without using a ladder. Leaves were wet, dry it would really work well.

Curious if any one owns one of these, I can see it being useful, being cordless and somewhat powerful at 90k btu. If I owned one I probably would have used it a quite a bit already. But I already own two 120v corded salamanders. If your somewhat handy you can pick used 120v ones up for next to nothing at a summer garage sale. Don't own the DeWalt one maybe next Christmas lol.

A business next door years ago had a similar one, a large open garage and they ran it one cold night. Next morning my shop cat was dead from carbon monoxide poisoning.

I was thinking more for outdoor use because of great portability, ever "carefully" tent a piece of equipment when it's 20+ below and try and get it warmed up enough to start?
