I'm still a T-shirt or sweatshirt guy. But I did evolve to carpenter jeans and/or carpenter shorts. My wife learned early on to search the cargo pockets before washing.

Did you know you can wash a Sharpie and it don't leak or stain the clothes??? I was impressed. My wife scolded me. :)
T shirts with a single left sided breast pocket are my faves lol.

Did you know a 4 yr old can easily pick a sharpie out of your shirt pockets, easily uncap it, and draw/ color "abstract art" on recently painted walls. 😂 That is not a remotely enjoyable conversation with my wife.

High heat sharpies are hands down my faves vs soapstone or paint markers for marking steel on projects also even though it's black usually pre prep steel to get it nice and shiny even before I cut.

Sharpies in genreral are also my main marking tools. Among them are the high temp, more resistant ones that I'll use when i want the mark to stay..

Since we're on the metal working stuff sort of A retired boiler maker got me on flap discs for angle grinders Ill never go back to previous methods I used for prepping steel, for getting slag off welds/ cleaning up rust, I use a knotted cup brush on angle grinders also not only does it make easier efficient use of my time, both things make me look like I know what I'm doing sometimes lol.

Flappy discs are indeed nice to use. Today I like to have three grinders on hand when working with steel. One with a flappy, one with cut-off wheel and the last with a normal grinding disk.

As I've gotten older and somewhat dependent on extra lighting almost every shirt I own has breast pockets. Ive become dependent on putting stuff I use frequently in them nice they have pen clips on them so when you bend down your shirt pockets aren't emptied which also happens frequently.
I never liked putting things into shirt pockets. Stuff you put there either catches on things as you're working, or falls out when you bend over. When I was in high school it was a fad to carry pens, etc. in a back pocket along side your wallet, and that habit's stayed with me since then.

I LOVE cargo pants/shorts!! Lots of room for all kinds of stuff when you're working on a project, and the front thigh pockets are a great place to keep your wallet so you don't sit on it when driving.
I need a replacement light to store in my small items drawer in the rolling tool chest. After standing there looking at several choices, completely confused, I just walked off. The whole lumen thing means nothing to me.
Old-style wattage measurements are meaningless with LED bulbs, lumens is just a measure of brightness. Pretty easy to get used to.

If you know where to start. Guess I need to educate myself to the conversion. For example what's a comparable wattage measurement of 70 Lumens?
