How do you know Spring is just around the corner, or here already?

It is spring here. Every daytime high is about freezing. Taken yesterday.

My thoughts exactly Jstpssing....winter until April is best. We've had some freak early warmups in a few past years.... doesn't help anything.

Not to mention, I've still got about a hundred and a half stems to drop in my plantation thinning...and that's winter work.

Two years ago my pine trees did the same thing.......clouds of pollen dust covering everything. Now I'm dealing with the huge amount of pine cones that were made with all that pollen. Also not good.
