Afternoon all!
50 and above with off and on showers in the forecast for the week. Can't do deck repairs so I decided to put the teeth on the bucket and do a little kubotatilling in the garden. We won't plant till the end of the month but it feels good to move some dirt! Will grab the roto tiller in a few weeks for final prep.
Nothing in the woodshop as I'm fighting a tweaked muscle in my neck that won't let me keep my head down for long periods. Did order a filtration system though as I'm sick of all the dust! Better today than yesterday so I will just go slow for the rest of the week.
Doctors visit tomorrow for setting up another endoscopy. Need to stay ahead of things!
Hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

I did manage to make this last week.

First one I told Dr I had to go to the bathroom...he laughed "no you don't just let it go". I could of inflated the Goodyear blimp. The second one a different woman Dr left a long piece of string with foil tape every foot! . I have no idea what that was and neither did my family doctor!

Several years ago we had a cat that came down from the neighbor and stayed with us. Neighbor came and got him several times but he always escaped and returned to stay with us and they finally gave up and left him with us. He was a big white cat and we called him Kitty. He usually slept with his legs sticking straight up.

Thomas bear came by yesterday silent attack on bird feeder again. This time from different direction. Birds were really mad when we got back from lunch
Sounds like Mr. or Ms. Bear setting pattern...could get interesting.

Just saw one of these on a pickup for hauling trash can. They make a dual one to.

I don’t have bird feeders (other than ones I use in the chicken coop 😁) but I have pondered a way of making them bear resistant/bear-proof.

basically, you need two trees/poles, fasten one end about 15-20 feet up, run the line through a clothesline pulley on the second pole (or even use two pulleys). Fasten your feeders every couple feet along the line, then raise them up. If it is too much weight, maybe some 3/16 steel cable and a boat winch.

just a thought….
Hmmm...interesting idea.
