The "Mad Horse Woman"'s new horse, found out it's a standardbred gelding, should arrive this arvo and Paddock #2 is ready to receive him.

I've got a Church Council meeting this early evening. Not much else planned.

Good evening all. 66ºF for the start, overcast, .1 inch in rain gauge, light breeze. Light wind, intermittent sprinkles and light rain, and high temp was 74ºF. Radar estimate about 1/2 inch rain today. Chapel to start day, made pancakes for breakfast, puttered some in garage. Went to stepdaughter's house for lunch, did get a nap in. Did not get boat trailer on truck, or chain on Trek cleaned and lubed.
Randy(wag) hope the haircut and trim came out OK. Good luck with new horse.

Dinner with moms was AbFab, we finished around 3pm, nobody had to worry about eating supper — we left dumb, fat,and happy! Beat the worst of the rain for the drive back, too.

Good Morning!

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly…).

63.5F, going to mid-70s, supposed to start precipitating intermittently before lunch.

Druggies got first vehicle arrival about 15 minutes ago, with attendant audible activities. Yay.

Delivery of 10t of Type 57 gravel should occur around 8AM -ish. So, being up now isn’t necessarily a bad thing at this point. Hopefully two holds off long enough to at least spread and level enough gravel to permit shed delivery this week sometime.

last week, I spray-painted the plow ends and undercarriage ends red and green for port/starboard, and wrapped the tread handles with the red&green electrical tape, which helps considerably when trying to figger out jump turns.

There is a culvert pipe I need to inspect, but I will try cleaning it out first with the method someone posted here a couple weeks back with the tire and chain. It is only about 12’ long, but I want to regrade the crossing over it and before I do, I want to know if I should replace it before moving a couple yards of fill dirt!

Now that Mrs understand the proper use of a string level, Mason line, and stakes, I am going to set her loose finding and marking paths to be cleared and leveled.

Coffee is brewing. 36° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 73° with lots of sun. Pond cleaning went well. Lots of Maple tree helicopter to clean up. Got gas pressure washer out. Washed back of house with it. Then watched NASCAR.
