2008 Tacoma door sprung

My 2008 Tacoma door drivers side is slightly sprung just enough where the sound of air is making a little bit of noise .
Is there anyway the door etc or anything can be adjusted or flexed without having to take the door off of the truck ?

I had one that was starting to catch when closing. Ended up just needing a small adjustment to the door hinges.

Granted this was years ago with no ac and being a smoker at the time, I couldn't have told you if I was getting wind noise since the window was always cracked some.

Stick something like 2x4 in on the tight side/end and then push on the other side/end to adjust it.
