Kubota MX5400 Rifle Carrier

I have many hogs on our property. When I’m out on the tractor I’d like to carry a rifle. Has anyone done a carrier or have suggestions on how to do so. I have a 22 with a scope that I’d like to carry. Thanks

Find a way to mount one of the Kolpin gun scabbards. They sell various brackets for attaching them to ATV's or you could devise your own.

I was thinking of trying to make one of these fit on the FEL support like my sawhaul. I can't see any other way of carrying one out of the elements.

But .22 for hogs??

Don't think a .22 is going to do much to a hog.... It tool several rounds from a .357 to drop one on my property...

I was going to say... I think carrying a handgun or mounting a handgun holster would be a lot easier.

I’d love to carry one of my lever guns on my tractor ( just for the nostalgic factor) but with the constant dust, humidity etc, probably not the best idea.

If I'm walking - sometimes I will carry my model 94( lever - 30/30) or model 9422( lever - 22). Riding - I will take my Glock 10mm.

I've never had uninvited folks on my 80 and most all critters run from the tractor or ATV.
