1635HST Aftermarket Cabs

Has anyone had luck either locating, modifying or building a cab for their Mahindra 1635? I purchased my tractor last year and put a Bercomac soft cab on it for the winter, and all of the plastic windows cracked because they became so brittle the wind would blow and crack them. A poor design for a cab designed for winter use.

So this says it's for the 1626, but is there any physical difference between that and the 1635? You could email them to ensure than it would fit.

Yeah, I checked with Curtis before.
Their response:
"Sorry but we do not offer a cab that will fit the 1635 model tractor."

I'm not sure. I've emailed them again. I thought the 1600 series tractors were identical minus engine/hp. Maybe I could contact Mahindra?

Yeah, that was my thought; I was under the impression that the only difference was in the engine.

You ought to get in touch with your Mahindra regional rep, maybe they could provide some insight? Or maybe the person you spoke to at Curtis was wrong?

If it's not going to fit it's not going to fit, but it would be nice to know why, right?

looking at the specs of the 1600 series, there appears to be more differences. wheelbase, width, ground clearance, etc. I've emailed them anyway. We shall see...
