Greetings, Tractor bin sitting couple years at daughters, hot here summers, Running no everything works except raising or lowering ! What think you ???

It's a Jinma, backhoe working when I moved it down here,

First guess is fluid is not flowing to the cylinder that raises and lowers. If all the hoses are properly connected, maybe a stuck control valve from sitting?

By the way guys when I pull back on the lever to raise the upper part of arm the pump is struggling to move fluid an the ram extend about 1/2"

Is the fluid clean or has dirt/water/etc gotten into the system? And it has the proper amount of fluid?

Is there a safety pin holding it in place?
