Past open source data reports were used for the arrest warrant but the documentation continues to accumulate and shared with the public and to form a basis for some future war crime trial maybe
Don, the documentation for the arrest warrant was the basis for her last service award and was for getting funding, establishing the program, contracting with Yale and ISRI and managing it

A little better here today - Air Quality Index is now down to 188.

That still ain’t great, but it’s a heckuva lot better than the 306 it was yesterday.

Did a little mowing on the east side and then remembered that I could mow when it gets hotter and I probably should work on the plants before it gets too hot.

So I got 21 strawberries potted along with the 2 new blueberry plants. Got the strawberries moved around back.

Turns out I only ordered 40 more strawberry plants. Had forgotten how many I had actually ordered …

Also pulled the cage off the west peach tree. Need to get a barrier put up around that before this evening.

Mailman stopped by and delivered the 3 Swamp Milkweed and 3 Butterfly Weed plants so will need to get those potted as well.

Probably try and get some tomatoes planted to free up some pots for that.

Did manage to get a haircut yesterday, feels much better.

The first thing I do with any new/new-to-me vehicle is pull the wheels and anti seize the threads. And the backs of the rims if they are alloy.
Using anti seize for the bolts can distort the amount of torque put on bolts
For instance the bolts for some of the suspension components on the van are to be torqued dry to a specified value and then be turned 90 degrees beyond to stretch the bolts. Using anti seize will screw that up
But wheel bolts can tolerate over torque pretty well. Shops over torque them all the time

Dared the smoke and removed the trailer hitch and mounted the tiller. Some of the bolts were loose despited having locknuts. Got it fixed and mounted ready for work.

Where I live and the way the roads get snow melt and deicer slopped on them if you don't use never seize you will have difficulty getting your wheels off.
I have seen sledge hammers and porta powers used trying to get wheels off that had been left alone and on for 3-4 years. Cars with the lugs loosened and being driven in hard figure 8's to get the wheels to loosen from the hubs.
So never seize and reduce the torque by what ever you feel comfortable with, I back mine off about 10%.
I haven't had a wheel that I mounted stick or come loose when it shouldn't have in over 40 years and only one in the close to 20 years prior to that.

Reducing torque on wheel bolts when using anti seize makes sense. Use of anti seize on wheels and brake drums or rotors is good policy. First time off I had to use a sledge on brake rotor. Next time off no problem

Nothing is worse than having a blowout on the NJ Turnpike at 6 am between exit 6 and 7 (heading to 14C) and having the alloy rim lectro-welded to the drum… after spending over an hour beating the lugnuts off. In January.

AND THE IT TOOK THREE MECHANICS, SEVERAL CHUNKS OF WOOD, AND A TWELVE POUND SLEDGE THREE DAYS TO GET THE WHEELS OFF.

Antiseize those @##&$#ers
