Hi All,
Hopefully someone can shed some light on a brush cutter I recently purchased. I don't know the make or model. Couldn't find a tag or label. I do know the original color was green. I have attached pictures for review.

If you look at the photo "paint" you can see pale green paint on the side. There is a tag on the front of the gearbox but it is unreadable.

Sorry cant help with the ID.

I would almost bet though, that its obsolete, and you wont ever get parts for it even if you could ID it.

IF you do ever need parts.....its just gonna be a match up by size. Like blades, or an aftermarket gearbox or tailwheel. Really thats about it....the rest is just metal to need fabbed or welded if it breaks

It looks homemade to me, but others may recognize it.

One point -- that looks like a rigid top link, and there is no give visible anywhere in the frame. If so, something's likely to bend or break when you run through a dip.

Thank You. I have used it and it works well. I was wondering if I should add the bracket like they have on the King Kutter where the top link attaches.

I'd think a link like that, or even just a length of chain instead of the stiff upper arm, will work.

+1 for the chains. Ditch the bars and run some chains. Brush cutters shouldn't have bars in there.
