are hydraulic fittings reverse thread?

going to be adding a diverter for a 3rd function, some of the fittings on my max 26 have a notch on the couplers. before i go break 700 dollar lines, are any of these lines in general left hand thread?

I've never heard of LH threads on hydraulic lines.

What/where is the notch? Picture?

on the nut itself, single notch, I know most left hand are 2 notches, just double checking, no photo right now

Is the notch on the quick disconnects? If yes I have seen that and they were not LH thread.

Forty years with tractors and related hydraulics. Never seen LH threads. Always - righty tighty, lefty loosey.

All my flat face couplers have a notch on the release ring. Is that what you're talking about? It needs to line up with the pin/ball to release the coupler. The release ring will rotate so you can lock a coupler together if necessary.
