870 fuel gauge

Hello gang! Newbie to the forum here!
I Just bought a very low hour 870 today that's always been kept indoors.
The fuel gauge reads 1/2 (the tank is very full)
Do you suppose it's the same issue(s) as above?
Anyone find a definitive problem?

I am going to shoot a message to joecdeere in hopes he can also provide me with the PDF to hopefully troubleshoot the issue.

Man I would love the link to the pdf repair manual if they still have it. Keep finding all the fake sites
