The more I learned about how they do business and the name issue with the real Titan, I wouldn't do business with them anyway. Deceptive companies don't change.

One thing for certain and that is, if I saw a service charge on my meal receipt, that would be my last visit to that beanery. The places we frequent don't do that and we always tip the server at least 10-12% of the total bill, unless they are really poor which don't happen because we go to the same places all the time.

Could be 20% as my wife always pays for the tab, not me. All I know is, the places we frequent, the wait staff all know us and always want us to sit in their sections. Wife ALWAYS pays in cash as well. We don't do plastic here.
