WOW! Around here that would be immediately turned into an event venue. I've been to several weddings lately that were in "barns". I can't believe they are just storing hay and equipment in something that nice.

WOW! Those laminated wood beams are what you'd expect to see ONLY in a church sanctuary. I've helped put some of those up. But would never expect to see them used in a "barn".

Adding the curve to them with a walkway on the outside of the beam is a very unique twist too.

Very neat!

I can't imagine what property tax would be in NY it it changed from farm status to a business?

It stated $20,000 in r/e taxes.
He bought it in 05 for $3.5 and don't have any idea of the cost of that barn, especially built in NY.
It is a spectacular structure, 30,000 s/f and at a modest $100/sf that's $3 million
