o rings for new holland tc30 injector pump

i am trying to find the orings for a tc30 injector pump they are not perfectly round flat on inside and outside.. the one fits a groove of .747 and the other .787 they are approximately 1.5 mm thick and 2mm tall.

Why not contact the pump manufacturer?

i contacted spencer diesel they said if i put the seals in i should figure overhauling my engine shortly they also said i should send the pump to them for rebuild. my grandson happens to be a graduate and has a degree in diesel technology so i am pretty sure he knows what he is doing.

since it is an engine made overseas i wouldnt have the slightest idea how to contact them. i ordered some o rings on amazon and going to see if they will work. if nothing else will get my grandson to replace the pump. a remanufactured is only around a thousand.

This is an off the wall guess. But hydraulic shops always have a huge selection of O rings. Different purpose, but maybe…

Your New Holland dealer doesn't have the correct O rings? When I had to do do some work on my TC33D, I just used the parts manual and ordered the rings from my dealer - they had most of them in stock. I probably could have found them cheaper, but it would have taken too long to figure out exactly what they all were and find a source. Turns out, I'm glad I didn't try to find them on my own: a couple of the O rings had unusual hardness ratings - something I would have missed had I just been measuring and ordering based on size.
