Took a while to clean it off first, pretty grimed up. Battery still showed full, off I went.
I have bike carrier for my Tesla, also mounted on
Anhangerkupplung (hi Scott

)
You can carry bikes like that only when it's dry.
Once I saw first pics of your RV with bike on the back, I immediately notice - good for Florida man, will not work here
But other than that - great

really would love to go for similar trip

Neither the BMW Rider's Association nor the BMW Motorcycle Owners Association hold much attraction for those of us riding the older bikes, Paul. Neither do the newer BMW motorcycles. BTDT, and now I have lots of T-shirts to wear for dirty jobs around the house and garage.
Hello beamerist !

I have third in row R xxxx RT. Started with oilhead already - 1150. Never owned any airhead.
Here in North salty roads have done a lot of damage to older rides
In south EU sometimes can be found really nice looking vintage BMW's. Not sure how they are socializing. IMHO they are not "clubbing".
This is me and the boys in Sardegna:
Mine is grey one
That red one is not with us
Helo, cool that you are working with Ikea. I have assembled a number of their products...tolerances always been very precise.
Actually with their "flat pack" furniture it is not THAT bad.
Engineers be like: If you can't be precise, make error in direction which is good for you. That principle works well with FP furniture

OK, margin is not very wide. Force to be applied on assembley has to from 10 to 20 kg. Roughly. If it's less - connection will not hold together. If it's more - average consumer will take big hammer and will start hammering

But to work in such tolerances is rather easy
Absolutely worst are "transformers". I don't know how you call that items, which could be assembled in different ways
There is no margin for error.
Example:
leg&go balance bike. Transformable. Long-lasting. Sustainable.
I am really proud of this product. But it took a long while before it was made "sell-able". Again, I was only supporting producer, which is working with machines supplied by me
