The first image is upside down. So the logo is a W. I could speculate Woods ?

KP-serie, compact flail mower - PERFECT - Van Wamel

The KP flail mower is a compact but very solidly built machine. These machines are already employable with tractors with 25 hp.

With that "W" on the cover - Woods is probably as close as anybody can guess. A suggestion Zephyr Meadows. Resize future attached photos to one meg or less. The "opening time" can get to be quite cumbersome.

The tube top link pipe is a dead give-away for a Winton style flail mower for the SCUT and CUT machines from the 80s and 90s era.
The model shown here is a 2010.

Winton does have a tube steel type as well for the SCUT,

Winton imported their models to TSC (Tractor Supply Co.) in the USA under the brand Land Pride. So yeah, it can be a yellow painted version of the Winton.

I tried looking for the number in your image of R8460 1B. Even without the 1B, it turned up nothing in several search engines.

oh, oh, I found this in an image search, it matches 100% to the side cover, but when clicking on the link to go there, it says the auction expired and nothing shows. So, I ripped the image.

I tried to enlarge the best I could,

Ha, so I went back to the expired auction and noticed it said,

So the brand is PERFECT.

OK, this went full circle. The PERFECT brand is made by Winton. thus the W.

Now the next question is, what model ?
