Will a CS2220HST handle a flail mower? If so, who makes one that is compatible?

Search 4 and 5 ft flail and look at the pto specifications... you may have to go to 4 ft BH?
Try novatractor.com, the 135 series is 53" but looks like they're sold out now. The 155 (60") would probably work ok. The weight of both is approaching the limits of your tractor. may need some front weight.
Send them an email or give them a call, see when the 135's will be in stock or if they think the 155 would be ok.
I bought mine a few years ago and when I needed some support last year, they were there for me.

UPDATE !!
I have decided not to get a flail mower for my Kioti CS2220. In stead I will be getting a Ditch Bank Flail Mower for my Mahindra 5145. I think I have decided on a Betstco FH-AGF140.
Do any of you folks have an opinion, + or -, about my decision. If so, please let me know.

The main reason was the advertised cutting capacity of 4" diameter. All others were advertised at 1.5" or 2". I will use it to keep brush back more than anything else. I could have bought locally but the price was much higher and they were still from foreign countries even if assembled here in the USA.

I can promise you, if you cut 4" stuff with that flail you won't be cutting long. Go ahead and get a real offset flail. Get one of the Italian models.

I have been happy with my Betsco, but if you can afford it , take the advice and go with the Italian brands.
I have a 48" on my 25hp tractor and it works great, but I have to go slow...
I also use it for smaller fields and trails, not larger areas.
I have the heavy duty one, and it won't compare to the Nova in build (in any way), but it was 1/2 the price.

I totally understand the price issue. I lucked up on a deal and got a Maschio Tigre 300, 10' flail for 5K brand new. My dealer was trying to get rid of it. That was actually 2 or 3K less than what they paid for it in 2016.
