Can I ask what time in the morning you took the picture? I hate to say I’m rarely up to see the sunrise. But if this isn’t too early, maybe I should change my routine.

The sun comes up late now. It was about 7:30.

Nevada has a system of cameras on mountain peaks across the state. These cameras are used to look for smoke and wildfires during fire season; just like traffic cameras they are on the net with no restriction as to who can view the feeds. People are urged to monitor the feeds and report any signs of fire. These cameras also provide incredible views of Nevada. Here's a snip I took this morning from the camera on Mt Lewis, south of Battle Mountain, Nevada.

I was riding down a canyon some miles south of my house when I found myself surrounded by a big flock of Bighorn sheep. Took a bunch of pics but I particularly like this one of 3 bad boys...they look like they are posing for the camera.

Really nice photo of the bighorn rams. I've only seen them while visiting Yellowstone, and that's only happened a couple of times. It must be amazing to see them that close!!!

looks like my "high steel riveter" that attacks my eaves troughs every spring.
Wouldn't be so bad if he didn't start at 3:30AM.
