I must be old. Hated oatmeal as a kid and never thought about healthy choice combos before.

Glad you enjoyed breakfast. Everyone should enjoy a good breakfast. But I'm worroed about breakfast now because I've been seeing some things that say oatmeal is not good for us anymore. I'm not sure I could get by without my healthy oatmeal with milk, butter, sugar, cinnimon, blue berries and sometimes chopped nuts on top.

I got my graduation certificate and T-shirt yesterday for finishing my last day of Physical Therapy.

Congratulations Don! I guess you are about ready to throw a party and kick up your heels a little? Nah, Youre probably so glad that PT is over you dont want to do anything to jeprodize it. Hope you have no more troube with that knee.

Although today was a beautiful sunny day I was inside most of it attending training for our upcoming March 5th primaries. Always look forward to these trainings and seeing old friends who, alhough opposites in some big ways, still have forged good working relationships with each other over the years. It's kind of hard for some to understand the people who have worked in this for a long time, how we can have all kinds of fights but when its over it's over and both sides know they did their best and next time the results may be different and you can get past it and go have coffee or catfish and talk about how many tomatoes got picked yesterday or the best way to fix a gate or any kind of things that we talk about on the GM thread. It helps anyone to learn how to never miss an opportunity to be a gracious winner and to never, never be a sore looser. Ok, sermon is over.

Hope everyone has a good evening and safe night. Now, I'm going to make some oatmeal here at almost 10pm with whole milk, butter, sugar and cinnimon.
