A 1915 postcard to my GG Grandmother, addressed with simply her name. They lived next to Dad's farm. Their farm got sold out of the family in 1952 by my Great Grandmother, but she reserved the oil rights, and today Dad gets some money from it.
A 190? christmas postcard sent to my GG Grandparents, from Braddock PA (Pittsburgh). unfortunately I cut off the sender name when I took the picture.

My GG grandparents family. The boy Archie was born in 1888 and died in 1906, so that puts this picture around 1895. My G Grandmother on the back right. My GGG grandfather moved to the farm in 1852. He was born in 1791 in Portadown Ireland, and came to the US around 1831. My G Grandmother sold the farm after my G Grandfather died, the farm had been in the family 100 yrs. My dad had bought our farm next to it before she sold, and I'm sure he didn't have the money to buy it at the time. I have several pics of my parents when they were dating, or just after they were married, at this farm. The farm house is still there.
A younger pic of my GG grandparents, I estimate around 1875. They were married in oct 1874 and my G grandmother was born in Oct 1875, and I'm thinking my GG grandmother might be pregnant in this picture.
My G grandmother as a girl, born 1875, so probably in 1880s.

My wife's parents taken about 1949, funny because he was 6'6", Mom 5'2"! He was in the Army WWII & I found this life insurance policy he got out then.
My grandfather's radio he built 1919-1920 when they lived near Pittsburgh. Detector was a "cat whisker", a variable inductor and soldering by flame. Framed picture of him about 1900.
