Ahh, to be young again and self heal. PT is not helping the shoulder pain and just got home from a 7:30PM MRI on the shoulder. the booming MRI sounds sounded mad tonight. The results should be at the Dr. by my Friday's appointment.
I did chickenfeed the yard with fertilizer today with my good shoulder but had to take several breaks because of the heat. I hope the Thursday's predicted rains come.
Don, hope the MRI works towards what you need done. I found out thru BCBS that I can get my son an MRI for $436 at South Austin Health Imaging. (deductible $400 so I could get $36 back WhooHooo!)....oh wait, darn I forgot about copay..... LOL.

BEF, glad y'all are better.

Sodamo, sounds like you'll be opening a cafe soon. Glad you're having fun with that espresso machine. I made a mocha yesterday.

.

Doubt that , but having fun. Did a vanilla latte. Experimenting adding some heavy cream to milk. Looking forward to trying other beans but too frugal to do so before using up what we have.

Simba made trip to Vet’s being rather vocal, less so on way home. He’s resting comfortably.

Seems he has some urinary crystals. Couple of meds and special diet foods and treats. Need to take in a urine sample in 2 weeks. What a quick way to spend $500.

Dropped CO2 cylinder at the Fire Extinguisher place for recertification. Only good for 5 years. Went thru this years ago, then the gas company went to bottle exchange so not a problem. Now they reverted to non exchange.

Good morning, the low is 29 and going to a high of 43°F. Wind N 15 gusting to 21 mph. Mainly sunny!

About 25 years ago we had a Tom cat that developed urinary crystals, the vet gave us a 5 lb jar of a tuna flavoured chewable food to give him once a week. He never had a problem again.
We have two water fountains in the house for the dog and cats. The one in the kitchen has the softened water out of the tap and the other one has the bottled water that I drink and then in summertime there are the mud puddles that they drink out of when they are outside.

The oil guy didn't show up yesterday, but it was raining. The company owner called me about 4:30 and told me he couldn't get ahold of them all day. I told him that they were probably soaked to the skin and just wanted to get home and dry, so I didn't blame them. He told me that they would definitely be here today. It is a good thing I didn't have to take a day off work to meet them. I would be really ugly (uglier that I already am) if that would have happened.
On previous filling the bottom of the little white disk that indicates the level of fuel in the tank after a fill up would be over top of the full line. After this supposed fill up the top of the disk is 1/4" below the full line. That indicates to me that the tank is NOT full.
I always burn the oil down to the 1/4 tank mark so they deliver at least 600 Litres (158 gallons). But if they are going to act this way and remember that they have set the precedent I will call them at the 1/2 tank mark and they will be delivering only 400 L (105 gallons). They don't like to come out for anything less than 400 L. I keep these guys paid in advance, they never have to chase me for money, but I can slam the brakes on that real quick and pay by the invoice. It is their choice.

So today is finish the outside electrical box and then maybe wax the Dodge.

This new Logitec wireless illuminated keyboard can't spell any better than the old wired one. I wonder if it may be operator error.

Have a safe day all
