For $900 I'd rather get an artistic metalworker to make something unique and bad-ass!

Along those lines but maybe simpler...

I assume the grille consists of a surrounding chrome piece that bolts to the frame and has the vertical slats in it? If so, consider removing all the slats and having a local machine shop/fab shop make some type of similar (or unique) inserts that can be bolted to the surround. Even something as simple as some aluminum expanded metal with a band around it for mounting tabs could work and would be pretty cheap.

I want to replace the grille really bad. Looks like **** lol

An air hose couple to brake air tank. Now I have an on board compressor.

Good place to charge the air system should you ever have to get it towed (hope I didn't jinx it ). Also good for charging air if you don't want to run it in a garage to build air.
Put a cap of some type over it, if not it'll be full of mud when you go to use it.

Don't think.
I've used a piece of fuel line with a bolt stuck in the end, that way it'll cover the complete fitting.

Well, it was my turn to get the bear.
I lost a head gasket. It’s fixed. Can’t bear to type out the cost.
Parts have now reached a point where the cost as much as gold.
I had to replace every seal, since everything had to come off the head. Injector seals, exhaust manny seal, turbo seal, etc. IH parts are almost at the price of CAT parts.

At least the head itself was ok, but still over $1,000 to send it out and check it alone. Gaskets & head bolts were like $2,500…..

After the work was done, was driving it home and although the coolant no longer pressurizes, it still heats up to like 210 and the fan kicks on.

Just doesn’t seem right…..

Why would an engine heat, then cool in cycles like that? None of my other diesels seem to do that.
