Owner's manual ????

I would, lots of used tractors out there last time I checked. Bottom line is, someone has it. Last one I bought not only came with the owners manual, I got the shop manual as well as the maintenance records. I do the same in kind when I sell ANY implement or tractor.

Finally, I don't romance any tractor. For me, they are just tools to accomplish what I need to accomplish.

If you knew it didn’t have one and you wanted one then it should have been part of negotiations resulting in a lower price for your time money and inconvenience of getting one. Now you want one for free. Should have bought a jd if you wanted a free one. Watch eBay if nh prices are too much. You might luck out

Not sure why, but for some reason, original owners manuals seem to never go with a piece of equipment when it changes ownership, it seems toe original owner keeps the manual for some reason unbeknown to me.

One thing I don't ever do. If I sell or trade in a piece of equipment the original owners manual goes with it, always.

When I bought my M9 open station used from a JD dealer 400 miles from here, I got the owners manual with it. Unusual.

I guess for the most part, collecting owners manuals from long gone equipment must be a thing 0r something...???

Happens a lot with cars and trucks too, I guess people need extra room in the glove box for important stuff like extra napkins from the drive in!

No it's not. You asked for assistance and you are getting it. You won't forget this information next time you are thinking about buying something. I would be figuring out what manual is needed and order it from the site I provided.

One of the few times buying from OEM will save you lots of money. Usually I find Ebay is close what you can buy them new but not for this model.

Good Lord. I traded in my 3-point snow blower and the owners manual and all my field notes went with it. I sold my smaller rear blade to a private party and my owners manual and field notes went with it.

I would complete the purchase of certain land engagement implements - private party - W/O an owners manual.

Just because the previous owner had no need for an owners manual does not mean I do not want one.

On a private party sale of a tractor. Have the selling party provide or purchase a new OM.

I've traded in many cars over my time. The owners manual - such as they are - went with the trade in.

My last two motorcycles were both BMW. As a condition of purchase - I was provided with the Service Manual on each sale. Just so happened both were DVD's.

BTW - I think all tractor manufacturers should provide Owners Manuals - free of charge. Either over the internet or at your local dealership.

Now - Service Manuals - that's a different story. Service manuals can run into hundreds of pages and are not needed/wanted by all owners.

The Owners Manual for my Taco Wagon( 2018 Ram HD 2500 Power Wagon) is 710 pages long. Lord knows how long the Service Manual would be.

The OM came on a DVD.

Having bought manuals for various machinery over the years, I've learned that details of some photo copies are difficult to see. This is especially true of parts manuals where small numbers are sometimes blurred on photo copies. A slightly used dealer copy from ebay once solved that problem for me.
