Paul, safe trip to Martha’s Vineyard! Very impressive plumbing project and am curious about how you went about sizing the boiler. I’m guessing by amount of sq ft area your heating and your zip code ! Also curious on the venting , I know on my Rinnai heater in my family room I vented it right through the wall ! They supplied a template with the unit for proper hole location for the vent ! How many BTU’s is your unit ?

It vents with PVC both for combustion air and exhaust.

Good evening all,
Busy day today, started to type a post this morning and the Mrs reminded me I had to drop the car off for service and inspection sticker early am. On the way out noticed a baby bunny in the newly fenced garden (*$%!§) and some other choice words. When I got back home dug around in the back of the garden shed and found a few rolls of chicken wire, so split them in half and just zip tied them to the bottom 18” of the fence. I saw the little sob after supper sitting outside the fence looking like how am I supposed to eat now. He/she/it won’t like the next course of action. At least the humidity wasn’t to bad and there was a nice breeze and I didn’t injure myself any further! And the wife’s car didn’t need any “extras” to pass inspection. All in all not a bad day.

Good (Thursday/4th of July) morning. Overnight Low was a frosty -3.1C and it's presently warmed up to 9.6C, heading to a predicted 11C. Clear and calm.

The liming invoice showed up on my email last evening, so I'll pay that (of course) then divvie-up the bill for the other two to repay me. Yes, there was a 3rd property limed but the invoice says that he's already paid (cash).

Everything accomplished in town yesterday and nothing 'pressing' for the rest of the week.

That's about it, take care all.
