One teaspoon of sugar is 15 calories. (see below) Are you moving around some? if so, this would be burned up in minutes.So if I have one cup of coffee when I go for coffee and add one teaspoon of sugar... It's not enough sugar to be concerned about? I have 4 - 6 cups of coffee a week
