Ok, as said in a previous thread, what can I do about the hydraulic issues? The issues is ONLY with lowering the bucket. Raising the bucket and tilting bucket is no factor. Can I remove the bolt that is on the boom side valve and peer in or is it under pressure?

I encounter exactly that if the 3-point is under pressure - holding a heavy implement up, or I'm pulling the lever after the 3-point is raised as far as it can go.

Investigate what's going on back there.

There is no load on the 3 point.

If all load is off the lift and tilt , tractor off, then there will be no pressure.

Ok, thanks! So, that bolt that is between A1 and B1 on the boom lever, what will that do if I take it out? Will that access anything that could be sticking?

No idea, as I don't know anything about your valve. Picture, name, model??

A few photos of your valve will help folks who know give you better advice. The old "a picture is worth a thousand words"... If you can find numbers, that is a help, as well, but start with some good photos please.

All the best,

Peter

I had posted the pics in the other thread of mine. I delete pics from my phone. I will see if I can get them on this thread

Hard for me to recall but isn't your Hyd. pump is on the crank Shaft? If it's lifting then you have pressure. I have the same Control Valve. Pretty simple!. watch and make sure you see Hyd. Valves actually moving with the Handle. In and out with the handle movement. You can see the return lines back to the tank. I would be looking hard at those lines being plugged. Fwiw my Valve is made by Wagner. And look how big my return line is to the Réservoir. Dirty screen or clogged line. I had a pinched line inside the Hyd. hose. Swelled at a bend and pretty much had pinched close. Lucky and If I didn't look inside the line I never would have known or seen it.
