Is the XOne a full-suspension machine? If I were buying a new mower today, I'd be looking hard at machines with suspension, no matter what power plant drives it.
My machine is a hard ride, in fact these early-2000's 700/900 series Deere's were known among landscapers to be a uniquely stiff, even compared to other hard-tails of the time (eg. Exmark). It's a solid machine, but just like mom warned you about eating before swimming, this machine will have you cramping within 30 minutes if you don't go in with an empty stomach.
