The ball alnd hitch are appropriately matched, 2-5/16". If it fits, pull it.

We usually hit the road early on weekends to go shopping before the idiots get up. This past Saturday we left to pick up some parts in the afternoon. I saw more badly loaded trailers than I thought was possible. I'm talking junk not secured, others with too much weight, and my favorite , which I saw over and over, is the 2" drop hitch on a 4x4 truck when they needed a lot more drop. Do that with too much weight and it will go all over the road. One of the idiots almost went in my lane as I passed him. The trailer did slightly. There were a lot of overloaded trailers not being towed level. Several times I did my best to get far away from these people. One of them was towing way too much weight and driving about 35 in a 70 down the freeway. Where are the cops when you need them? Some of what I saw was very dangerous and looked scary. I don't have any pics, but I do have enough bad memories to cause flashbacks. I guess that will teach me to get up earlier next time.
Renze, (p2175) go to youtube, NZ tippers - a short intro and look @27sec. This is where you want feelers. The scene is standard stockpile tip off with out removing your trailer. Top guns can jack -knife park the trailer beside the truck and touch the trailer from the drivers seat.

Loggers dont need feelers. They do this manoever about every load they take on a mountain pass.

Very cool vid, Renze. I always forget how quiet your vehicle are, versus ours, in the gaps between trips to Europe. You can hear the dirt crunching under that guy's tires, louder than the engine noise. Heck, even his air brakes are quiet.
I always notice this most when going into the city, as the traffic noise in our cities is just insane, by comparison.
