Looks like Flight 6 launch has been delayed one day until the 19th. Launch time is still 5 pm EST.

Flight 7 tentatively scheduled for Jan 11.
FCC has approved block of flights from Jan-June '25.
FAA had approved only 6 flights in '24, in talks to approve 15 flights in '25.
Tentatively Flight 8 will be first catch attempt of the Starship.
Communication issue was reason for flight 6 Booster not being 'caught'. SpaceX beefing up existing system and working on redundant communication system, hopes to have it ready by flight 7.
Starship launch tower in FL well under construction, should be ready for launches sometime in '25. Launch tower B in TX should also be ready for launches in '25.

Starship 7 due to launch Friday 10-Jan-25 at 16:00 CST. This Starship will be the first version 2 ship to fly. It is a larger ship with the different front 'stabilizers', different size, different position to try and keep them out of the max heat area. Starship to splashdown in Indian Ocean and they are going to make another attempt to 'catch' the booster.
EDIT: Just read that one of the engines on this booster came from the booster that was caught.
There will be 10 simulated Starlink satellites launched from the Starship and they will follow the Starship into the ocean.

Just saw some notes that flight 7 has been delayed from the 10th. Spaceflightnow.com is now listing launch date as NET 13-Jan.

Delayed again to 15-Jan, same launch window which starts at 16:00 CST.

Delayed again, presently set for 16-Jan, same launch window, that starts 4:00pm CST.
I suspect the forecast 20 mph winds might be the reason, Thursday's forecast is for 15 mph winds, Friday's forecast is back to 20 mph winds... I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't launch this week due to weather.
