I called this morning…waiting for a call back. I was hoping someone had a person in Kubota they dealt with that would be familiar with the issue. That’s why you need to go above the dealer and contact Kubota customer support.
I think all of Kubota is aware. It's been a nightmare of a tractor
Agreed.Call Kubota customer care.
Yes.I may be mistaken but isn't that the one with the 'Reformer' on it? If it is, my dealer has a couple of them that he won't sell to anyone and Kubota does have a 'lifetime warranty' on the ones in the field. Was talking to Dennis about them and he said the only way to get them to run right was run the snot out of them all the time. He also told me you cannot remove the offending part 'Reformer' either. I sure as heck would never want one.
Very difficult to speak to Kubota regional service representatives as neither Kubota nor (especially) dealers allow such.I called this morning…waiting for a call back. I was hoping someone had a person in Kubota they dealt with that would be familiar with the issue.
Do you have a copy of it you can share?? I am finding it impossible to get a copy as the two local dealerships are trying to charge me for a DPF and the reformer saying warranty is expired.Bingo, and exactly what I said. Warranted for the lifetime of the tractor regardless of ownership.
I have a copy of the bulletin.
