Yeah, people replacing halogen bulbs with (non DOT-approved) LEDs. You can kinda get away with it in projector housings if they're aimed properly, but it's glare city in reflector ones.Blinding headlights viewed from my rear view mirror.
Never was a problem years ago but the last few years some new cars are just blinding.
I do wish automakers would put better headlights in their vehicles, they seem more concerned with styling than optics. Most, if not all equally guilty. Part of the problem is that the DOT's guidelines are very out-dated, but there doesn't seem to be any interest in revising them.
