Coffee and beer are two things I could develop a taste for.I've never been a coffee drinker. I haven't tasted it for well over 50 years. For some reason, last Sunday, while out on a drive, I asked my wife if I could taste her coffee...
Sex is interesting, but it's not totally important. I mean it's not even as important (physically) as excretion. A man can go seventy years without a piece of a$$, but he can die in a week without a bowel movement. — Charles BukowskiOr at least keep you active!
I like lighter lager beers. I do not like most craft beers, hoppy beers, etc... most of my friends, coworkers, and my wife like the other stuff better.Coffee and beer are two things I could develop a taste for.
Just had to schedule my second colonoscopy from my first one 10 years ago.
Take my $1.50 dollar tree 2.0 magnification reading glasses off, I'm not reading anything.
Need the reading glasses more than the hearing aids for work.
My only one and I was out a light (made it to 9 counting backwards LOL).I had a colonoscopy at a teaching hospital. The Indian Gastro-something Doctor with two interns. They begin running the probe up, and the Doctor, is saying, "Oh My. Will you look at that." A bit further in, he repeats it in an excited voice, and tells the two interns to "Hurry, And Get Everyone. They MUST see this!!"
I'm lying there getting more nervous by the minute. Finally, "Everyone" gets in the room.
And the Doc, says, "I wanted all of you to see this. It is the most beautiful and healthy I have ever seen." "This is what healthy looks like."
My anxiety instantly went away.
I had three of those from as many doctors, before finally found one who would actually do something. The first was projected to a screen so I was able to see what was going on. I was asking questions until he finally said "most people don't want to watch this. Please wait until I am done."My only one and I was out a light (made it to 9 counting backwards LOL).
I wasn't out though for a cystoscopy though.
Should have seen my eyes when the doctor was explaining the procedure.
They did offer me some some valium, and I asked them how many could they give me LOL
During the procedure when the doctor said, "OK, you're going to feel some pressure now" he was spot on.
