Good Morning to All who Celebrate! Currently 39° heading to a high of 57° with wind. Last night was especially windy, but looks like no damage, at least so far.

Work week had been busy, so by the time I clocked out, I was ready for bed. Didn't check any of the fluid levels in the tractor or check anything for the 100 hour service. Sigh, perhaps this weekend, but I also need to carve out time to pick up the suppressor for the 6.5 Creedmore, rent a trailer to purchase the mower, and do the 100 hour service. Oh, and I also need to make sure I get things packed for the overnight corporate meeting on Monday night into Tuesday. Finally, I need to put the bug in my father's ear about grinding/removing the stump of the scraggly oak we took down last fall. It's a little too close to the house to grind, so I think a mini-excavator would be best to get it out.

I'll probably knock out at least one of the above mentioned. Otherwise it hasn't been too bad of a week, just the normal March things, "In like a Lion, out like a Lamb."

On to tackle Friday!

Mowing caught up. I’m sure it will need it upon our return end of March.

My roasted carrot soup was a big hit. I’d make it again.

Guys lost again. Just another night if we hand picked our cards the girls still would have had better.

Other than a PO run nothing really planned. Maybe some reorganization/put stuff away.

Can hear chain saws running at the farm, from the video camera. No equipment but a pickup and a side by side went out in the field. I was going to go today, but cancelled due to wind and snow in the mountains, maybe will go early next week.

if you wonder why your eyes itch, seems like the whole world is on fire.
Thankfully CA is doing better but the US South has a lot of fire activity.
And then you look at other areas of the world. Wonder if part is burning down the jungle,
slash and burn. A remarkable number of fires.

Good Afternoon,
Got the wood stove going in the shop this morning ! Warm things up a bit.

I rough blanked out the head rest piece ! All these angled cuts and angles on top of angles are making me a bit cuckoo ! Trying to persevere, and continue telling myself I can do it !

Winds are still blowing at a good clip ! So the shop is a good place to be ! The gang should be here shortly ! Looks like we are going to the barn restaurant one town south of us in Pawlet, Vt.

Way behind here. Busy at work. Watching my mom since last Saturday. Have to take her to 3 dr appts next week.

Prayers Buppies. I was just listening to a radio program that talked about people losing their memory. They said the people imagine all kinds of untrue stuff, but often believe it is true. Hallucinating.

Don, my son got out the all powerful Ted Williams 5.5hp outboard. I've done some research and ordered a carb kit. It is quite full of dirt dauber mud.

Turns out 2 men formed the ESKA company. They used air cooled Tecumseh engines on most all the units like these.

This is the carbureter....packed with mud.

The reed cage was packed too. But the reeds kept most of the debris out of the engine.
Inside the rod and cylinder looked ok, but I did not take the head off.
