Snow wheels are still on. We tow much more over the winter, than summer months.
Not to sidetrack the thread....but if Ford doesn't put a 6' bed on the Rangers......I won't be getting another one.
What will you buy?
Does ANYONE make a mid-sized truck with a 6' bed anymore? The bed on some of the newer tacomas I've seen can't be more than 3' long...why even bother? The others aren't much better.Nissan or Toyota.
It's kind of crazy. I do not need a full size truck but I want a bed at least 6'.Does ANYONE make a mid-sized truck with a 6' bed anymore? The bed on some of the newer tacomas I've seen can't be more than 3' long...why even bother? The others aren't much better.
Sheesh, hard enough to find a full size truck with a 6' bed.![]()

Maybe Toyota will move production back to San Antonio where they used to be made.Toyota Tacoma comes with a 6' bed but I can find them only in 2wd and for $41,000.00. If they have the model on their lot. If they don't have them on their lot this week when the new tariffs take effect they will be an extra $10,000.00 more.

Happy with your new Ranger?
I'm looking at the new Super Duty Ranger.
The 2026 Ford Ranger Super Duty, a heavy-duty version of the mid-size Ranger, is not planned for the U.S. market. It's being developed for markets like Australia where the F-150 is not the primary work truck, says MotorTrend and Austin American-Statesman. The U.S. market already has the full F-Series lineup, including heavy-duty F-150 modelHappy with your new Ranger?

We're kinda in the same boat, that is those full sized ones are like being a helmsman while going down a narrow river...I have no desire for a full size truck, but something with a little better towing would be great. Couple years maybe.
