Olight that hangs off your key ring and recharges by plugging the actual light base into a usb. $15 on scamazon, do yourself a favor and buy a couple and quit using your phone flashlight.

I carry one of these daily. It’s barely noticeable clipped on the side of my pocket and it’s a heck of a lot brighter than a phone flashlight.

Seriously, it's great! I couldn't walk 100' without grabbing a wall and/or hunching over and I'd wake up screaming in the middle of the night from the pain in my glutes and hamstrings. Now I have ZERO pain and can walk several miles. Just a little stiffness where they did the surgery, but NO pain! I'm 100% satisfied with the results. Just started PT yesterday.

My PT guy is a happy sadist!



He works the heck out of me! Feels great, though.
